About Alabang and its History

Information

Alabang is a small community in the city of Muntinlupa, the southernmost part in the Philippine Metro. It is around an hour to an hour and a half away from Makati.

This highly urbanized community holds many major business and commercial buildings, as well as the one of the most prestigious residential villages in the country - the Ayala Alabang Village. This village also hosts one of the most popular and well-visited annual Christmas bazaars, called the Cuenca Bazaar. It is very self-sufficient and has everything it needs within easy access - malls, schools, churches, hotels, country clubs, etc.
