Ellaidhoo Tourist Resort:
Ellaidhoo is a small coral island with a total land area of 55,625 square metres. The island is 300 metres long and 280 metres wide, and is covered by thick tropical vegetation. The total built up area of the island is only 7,060 square metres (12.7% of the total land area). The magnificent house reef just 20 metres away from the beach surrounding the island, is the hallmark of the resort.
Accommodation:
There are two categories of guestrooms in the island with a total bed capacity of 156 beds. All the rooms are built around the edge of the island facing the sea.
Location:
Ellaidhoo is located on the eastern fringes of North Ari Atoll, about 42 km from Male’ International Airport and 40 km from Male’ (the capital island of Maldives). Transfer time between the airport and the resort is 20 minutes by seaplane and 1 hour 30 minutes by speedboat.

Main Restaurant: The main restaurant is open at fixed times and serves in buffet breakfasts, lunch and buffet dinner.
Coffee Shop: The coffee shop with Internet is open from 9am in the morning until midnight and serves different hot and cold beverages, snacks, and various local and international dishes. Internet
service is also available here at set times during the day.
Main Bar: The main bar is open throughout the day from seven in the morning until the last guest leaves at night. A variety of exotic cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available.
Island Hopping: Full day excursion to an uninhabited island and a resort island, with BBQ lunch included.
Visit Hangnameedhoo: Half-day trip to an inhabited island where you can experience the daily life of local people.
Snorkelling Trip: Half-day snorkelling on the house reefs of two resort islands.
Snorkelling Safari: Half-day snorkelling on some of the reefs near Ellaidhoo.
Sunset Fishing: Fishing on a boat at a nearby reef at sunset, followed by a BBQ dinner. Likely catches include snappers, jack fish and groupers.
Night Fishing: Fishing on a boat at a nearby reef late in the evening, with a BBQ dinner on the following day. Likely catches include snappers, jack fish and groupers.
Morning Fishing: Trolling for fish early in the morning, with BBQ dinner on the same day included. Wahoo, barracuda, sailfish dolphin fish etc. are commonly caught during morning fishing.
Malé Excursion: Full day shopping trip to Malé, the capital island of Maldives.
Souvenir Shopping: The island boutique offers a variety of souvenirs, post-cards, T-shirts, colourful tropical clothes, ornaments and many more.
